I am suprised to see you ran in SVT Stock then. Doesn't seem too stock to me. I would have been a bit upset if I lost my 'trophy' because of it. Not that it would have effected where I placed this year! (I go from fastest stock SVT in '01 to midpack in '02 - ah well)
Either way, it was a lot of fun.

I could have sworn you got a first place for SVTS. My brother got second place, and then they announced you as first place, didn't they? Sorry if I'm mistaken, but I thought that's what happened.
Maybe you were just taking shirts for everyone, I don't know. You had a bunch of them by the time it was over.
As for my tone, I was upset thinking someone with springs and shocks ran in the stock class. My bad. It didn't seem to add up to me either, as you always seemed a like straightshooter.

I'm not sure. With so many classes, noone really knows what the other folks ran in. AS it is, I don't know how my brother got a 2nd place when it seems to show him in 4th place (based on the partial results list . Maybe if someone didn't work a corner or left early they were taken out of the trophy running. Or they misclassified themselves, which seems pretty common. Like you said....'anyways'. Hope you're not upset.

Cole and I went to the guy doing the announcements after the shirts were given out, so someone got an extra trophy. Like I said in the other thread (????) Cole registered online, but they didn't have the special Spring Zing classes on the webpage, so Cole was listed as G-Stock. They had his number (88) on the score sheet, but didn't have a name with it. So, someone got an extra t-shirt  TB

Chris -- er, "JetMech": You want a set of Hoosier R3S03's w/about a tad less than half "tread left?" They're yours for price of putting my all-season (winter) rubber on second rims. Let me know, & I'll bring them to MudOhio next time you're gonna be there (ALMS??). Gotta be better than whatever you're running now. Or do you also need set of rims -- can't help you there. S-03 Bridgestones are great for warm, don't run bad in AutoX at all, but are crud in cold.
[Have yet to make first official run this season -- couple during school (instructor) then thunderstormed out next day.

We are having a big Solo I event this weekend (and every Memorial Day weekend) at a local Army stagefield (Skelly) that has intersecting runways to create a true road course. I'm not set up for Solo I, but have been known to sneak out there the following Monday for impromptu runs. Not anymore, they locked up the place.
