Ok Roger now that I know that you are a complete stickler for the rules..

Let's look at it this way..

How much HP does it add???

Do you HONESTLY think it will make any difference at all????????

Please.. The rules are there and they need to be respected to a point. But man.. if your just going to learn how to drive your car, enjoy it etc etc. Who the hell cares if you've got a laser guided putter or not?? I sure as hell don't.

Now the DMD is the stock replacement part so it appears to be legal. It's not like NOS or a S/C or Wilwood brakes. It's not going to make any difference.

And if you are that good a driver where it does.. well my hats off to you. Your a better driver than anyone I've met.

Yeah it SCCA is about being honest about your Mods... and I've asked everyone in my class about my Substitute CAT.. they could care less, the thing adds about 3 HP.. and I'm sorry, 3HP is just NOT going to win the AutoX.

It's about driving skill, not much else. I think you need to relax about the rules some. Sit back and enjoy the driving, and encourage others to do it, rather than sit there and go..

oh oh oh.. he's not stock.. he can't run in that class. bah..
