Ran my first auto x today and I am hooked. I ran in the GS class. My SVT is completely stock. There was another SVT there that ran with me and he had slicks on his car. He ran a 68.5 and I ran a 70.2. Not bad for a first timer. My wife drive it to and won the ladies class with a 73.2. thank you thank you I am proud too. Now I'm running the stick G force tires. I really don't want to screw them up. What can I do, would it be cheaper to buy some steele's and slicks, or just buy a nice set of rims and tires for the steet and use the Sock setup for AUTO X. If the slick are an option the where should I look. Thank you in advance.
