They are not a factory option on the 4-cyl. These are the 16's off a '99 SVT. So they are stock wheels for the SVT, not my 4-cyl SE. In that case, I suppose they would not pass muster.

What I am saying is if any 16" wheels are factory (manufacturer) installed options on the 4-cyl Contours, then you can use 16" wheels within the stock limitations. Unless I miss my guess, any manufacturer installed wheels on a Zetec would be 6" wide max., which would preclude using SVT wheels because they are 6.5" wide.
