When you guys get those pics developed... I NEED THEM!! For the Spring Zing 2001 Video. Do Not email them to me since my service sucks. If you could post them to photopoint or something in that nature, and I'll download them for the video. Thanks...

Heck, That was my first Auto-X and I was happy with 43.0xx and 43.1xx on SP5000 All Season tires. Unfortunately, I never actually got to drive hard. My first run, I was just trying to drive the course. I DNF'ed my 2nd and 3rd run. (Dunno how you do that after getting through the first time?) So my fourth run was also a 'get through the course' run. But I did have some fun Let's see those results. TB

Actually, I just checked my e-mail and they have the results posted in an xls file. If you ran, and gave your e-mail, you probably have the same link. I'll post it here: http://www.wmr-scca.org/2solo2flyers/4.29.01%20WMU%20SOLO%20II%20RESULTS.xls TB

I would like to thank everyone on behalf of the West Michigan Region of the SCCA for coming out. There were 130 cars at the meet, and us CEG'ers were well represented. If you want the official list, go to the SCCA web sites regional directory, find WMR and look up the results on our solo 2 page. I'll be giving a report at this months meeting (Sat 5/12). Free Pizza if you want to attend. It's in Grand Rapids, at the Pizza Hut on 28th at 7:30pm.

They "had" to put me with the CTS category due to there not being a class for the Zetec, let alone with an ATX. IIRC I had a 42.065?? John

I must be retarded or something because I cannot get it to come up. Tony you said something about an xls file and e-mail address. Does that mean only attendees can gain access. I tried your web site address and it does not work. I looked on the Western Michigan site since last Monday and notice that it is there on the "schedule" finally, but it won't post there for me either. Sometimes I really hate computers, or maybe myself for being so computer illiterate.
Anyway, looks like lots of folks fell victim to the sea of pylon syndrome. It gets easier each time you do it. Do it awhile and drag racing will seem blase. Congrats one and all.
BTW, SCCA autocross this Sunday at Hunt Stagefield 5 miles south of Ozark, AL just off Hwy 231 to the west on Dale county Hwy 18. I see by this month's Motor Trend that the Audi A6 turbos are fast with a 5.9 0-60 time. Now the local one will have racing tires, too, so my work is cut out for me.

If you can't get to the official SCcA results, feel free to nab them off the Chicago CEG site. I converted it into MS Word and cleaned up the format a bit so it's easier to see the class groupings. http://chicago-ceg.freehomepage.com
