Rule of thumb is if it isn't mentioned in the rules you cannot do it.

Oil, Plugs and Wires I believe are 'free' you can do with them what you want.

you can mess with the FRONT Anti-Sway bar only. The rear has to stay stock.

You can change the struts but not the springs. Double adjustable is the best you can do.

the KKM has to come off for the Stock Air box to remain GStock. You can run a K&N Filter in the stock air box. (there has been a very good argument that a K&N in the box will run better than a KKM under SOME circumstances such as AutoX (Low speed, high under hood temps)

You can have a Cat Back exhaust system as long as you are within legal sound limits.

You can run different wheels but the offset must be within 1/2" of stock AND the tire cannot stick out from under the wheel well (no you cannot roll the fenders). The wheel width and diameter must remain stock, but you can run a lighter wheel.

You can change your brake pads and you can run GS with R-Compound tires.

There is debate as to if it is legal for a SE-V6 Contour to run SVT parts seeing that they are both in the same class. On a local level honesty is the best policy. Chances are that the Type R guys and the BMW guys aren't gonna care if an SE has the SVT intake track, springs and struts. But the Tech Inspection people may care.

All-in-All IMHO it is better to run a lightly modded contour with Street Tires in STS than in GStock against Type Rs on R Compound tires.
