Just a couple of questions for those of you who have been racing AutoX for a while. Let me preface these by saying that I have a ?98 SVT and am eager to run Gstock with street tires.
I noticed that short throw shifter are legal for STS, so I was wondering if its use would bump me from Gstock. I also noticed that pedal covers are okay for STS?by the same token, would their use eliminate me from Gstock?
I also have a KKM?am I going to have to remove it?
What kinds of ?mods? are legal under the Gstock rules? This may seem like a silly question to those of you who have been running in this class for some time, but as a newbie (and lacking the Solo II rulebook at that) I am at a loss. What I am getting at here are ?little? things that might either aid in power delivery or enhance reliability. (i.e. are Magnecor/Taylor wires out? Synthetic Oil?)
