Hmmmm...the best thing I did was learn how to use my right foot as an infinitely variable switch instead of a binary one. But, all I've really done is to slap in the K&N, Mobil 1, and change the trans fluid to the cocktail.
Oh, yeah, I've got four year old BFG R1s (225/50-16 - TIGHT fit in the rear) that I had set at 35F/31R for my best run, plus a racing harness with Momo pads to keep me strapped in tight. Run with about 1/4 tank of Sunoco 94.5 and I'm prepped. The Eclipse GSX runs race tires, too, but has BFG G-forces.
It could be the Age & Treachery Racing "Voodoo" shift knob, too? We old guys need that kind of help.
