Strut tower bars put you in Street Prepared unless they are triangulated. Then you got to Prepared.
Go buy the rule book:
http://www.scca.org. Always remember the overriding rule in SOlo2 - If the rule book does not specifically say you can do something, you can't.
In the Stock category you can change rims as long as they are the same diameter and width as stock and their offset is within 1/2" of stock.
You can run any tire your want that fits on those rims as long as the tire does not stick out of the wheel wells (looking down from above the vehicle).
You can run any shock as long as it attaches the same as stock and is no more than double adjustable.
You can run any front anti-roll bar as long as it attaches the same as stock and uses bushings of the same type and material as stock.
You can run any air filter element as long as it fits in the stock air box.
You can run any steering wheel as long as its differs from the stock diameter no more than 1".
You can put in any roll bar or roll cage that complies with the SCCA GCR.
I think that's the limit of the changes allowed, but again, buy the rule book.
