"Universal" coil over kits generally mean a lot of cutting and welding.

I don't have any specific component recommendations 'cuz I haven't changed anything on my stock SVT. My personal preferences when building a suspension for a track/autocross car are to go with linear rate springs with pretty high rates, smaller diameter anti-roll bars, and the most adjustable shocks I can afford (Penske 3 & 4 way 8760s are fantastic - and cost about the same as a down payment on a condo.) Most of the money in suspensions I setup are in the shocks. This kind of setup also requires camber plates, eccentric suspension bushings, strut bars, etc.

I can normally only (barely) afford one car setup like this at a time so, unless I wreck my 240Z, the SVT will remain stock.
