I would say stay away from the coil over kitt, ajusatble ride height isnt all its cracked up to be. first you need to know how and why to ajust it, second it will always alter camber/caster etc. Lastly the ground control unit is not a real coil over kitt in the sense that its not supplied with struts designed for coil over. There are other isuues,but i will stop. Ledda makes a true coil over kitt big dollars. I have the eibachs they were a good improvement, linear in the front proggresive rear, I wish I had gone with the H&R proggresive rates front and rear but require strut replacement. I also think my Eibachs give the car a bit of the nose up my wife says I am nuts but I think it does. Either of the two would be an improvement over stock. If your your going to get a lot of track time save your money get the ledda, they also make springs as does intrax. weitac also makes springs struts as does sachs and B.A.T both the bat and sachs have sportting kitts.
