i was in vienna, austria last weekend and saw a couple of white ones....they were plain-jane models, though - no ST's, unfortunately. still looked nice, though.

fwiw, i also saw a pre-98 contour GL in izmail, ukraine on the same trip - a CONTOUR, mind you, not a mondeo! had to do a double-take for that one.
