I'm in the process of setting up a group buy for a small discount with the Cougar folks on NECO and thought I'd make the same offer here since the Contour has the same battery holder. Basically, I need a total of 10 people to get free shipping on the item for this group buy (not a huge discount but it's better than full retail ) The battery tie-downs retail for $45.00 each and are much higher quality than the crappy DC Motorsport or those APC ones, as well as being custom-cut for the Contour/Cougar. He custom machined these, including color-matched connecting hardware (sleeve nuts) for an added touch. They are available in anodized red, blue and machined silver. If you're interested, please reply here, hopefully we can get the 10 people by the end of the weekend. So far we have 4 from NECO. We'll be willing and able to ship to Canada and the UK for free as well. It's a nice touch for anybody with a Mirko Racing intake, or for anybody with a pretty engine bay. 2001 ATX V6 Dark Shadow Grey Merc Cougar(Sport Pkg, ABS, traction control and sunroof :))
