Just as an update, Brad has contacted me and all is well. We have gotten the situation straightened out. Just wanted to let you other guys out there know so that Dom nor Brad doesn't look like the bad guy and that you guys know that the situation has been resolved.... only reason I have not edited my post is to avoid confusion with what I said/he said, etc. But long story short, Brad has gotten me taken care of.
