brad, do u have actual customers come to your house. do you have a separate business entrance. if you live in a one family residence where pkgs are safe to leave, then the drivers should be doing so. if the shippers request a sig, then any release you sign really doesn't mean much. can i ask if you have a ups account for shipping. if you do, then your likely considered a commercial stop and the drivers will not leave pkgs no matter how many releases you sign. it would be the same as walmart asking the drivers to leave pkgs at their front door. at least this is what my drivers go by. can u guess that i work for ups.
