TO ALL THAT PRE-ORDERED:
As I mentioned, if you sent the money to Doc, he will send your unit to Brad, who will then mail it to you. It sounds confusing, but all it's gonna cost us is a few additional days of waiting for them. The only thing that can cause a problem is if Doc misplaced your funds or has not received them. But I honestly don't see this happening.
I emailed Doc yesterday and he responded in the same fashion that you see on here. If you pre-ordered, then your HVAC is on its way to Des Moines as we speak. From there it will be shipped to you.
