Sorry that this post is so long, but this is the word as I have it from Brad. Just got this in today so thought I would share.

Brad,
I am organizing the group buy on the HVAC indiglo panels and was wondering
the status of everyone's order, as well as any updates you may have.
Everyone is pretty frustrated with the changeover, and the Mystique owners
are wanting to know if there is any kind of refund option available to them
on the HVAC panels because of a recent discovery that the panel will not
work. Also, those of us who pre-paid, should we be expecting our panels
sometime soon? And my final question..... would there be any way to get
ahold of a switch/transformer assembly for the indiglo gauges or do they
only come as a set? Reason being that I would like to try and relocate my
switches outside of the metal panel it was shipped in, but before I cut the
harness and ruin something I would like to make sure that there is a way to
replace it. Please let me know ASAP so that I can get back to the CEG with
the information. Thank you for your time.

I have a list of 8 pre-orders I'm supposed to fill that I haven't recieved the names on yet. As far as money back, you/they will have to work with Dominic on that since I had no part in setting that up. The status on the order for everyone is: HVAC's shipped late today, possibly tomorrow. 2-3 days to get here, another day turn around time, then ship from here to customers 2-3 day USPS priority mail.

As far as the switches, they only come in a set as far as I get them. I'm not sure if Dom can get them or not.

I understand your frustration with the change over, but there is little I can do at this time with the little information I've been provided. My suggestion is to talk to Dominic to straighten this out since he's the one you set the deal up with. If he doesn't do anything for you, give all of your information to me and I'll see what I can do for you. Chances are that the group buy was pretty near my wholesale price and I won't be able to do much, but I'll work with ya to make sure we don't lose any customers over the deal. wink

So if all else fails, from the sound of things Brad will work with us to make sure things are kept straight. Not to say that he wouldn't before, but at least now this makes me feel a little better about the whole situation. Of course, please everyone- communicate with me.
