Please understand that Terry is very busy and can only do so much in a day (the reason he hired me). He's doing his absolute best to try and give everyone service, but when time is at such a premium it becomes very difficult. Soon enough, all orders and quotes will be going through me (via our new upcoming website!), allowing Terry to spend more time on what all CEG'ers want...more upgrades
