They are nice and all, but don't those light reflect a lot of light when it is raining or snowing?
Fog Lights do NOT reflect a lof of light, in Rain and Snow, because the light beams
are down low, and almost parallel to the road (if aimed correctly).
If the light source is high and close to eye level, much of the broadcasted light
is reflected back 180 deg, putting the light, right up near your eyes.
With Fog Lights being in your bumper, the light is reflected back to the bumper,
and you get to see the illuminated road, without the reflected light in your eyes.
I have the PIAA 510 SuperWhites, and they are GREAT.
With the PIAA 510s, you DO NOT need to use your headlights at all.
You can also mount the PIAAs into the same bracket the OEM Fog Lamps use.
