And please do not be offended, but the fact that the development of a NEW, unsold product is delaying the delivery of a product already offered and paid for does NOT make me feel particularly well serviced.

I have to agree with Mike. We have bought and paid in full for our braces. So, a little more attention ought to be given to our order.
