My APC 4" Round Glo Lights are JUST as bright as my buddies PIAA 150's, and they only cost $60. I also added the 100W Blue Xenon Bulbs to them that APC makes which made them even brighter and bluer.
Some make think that it is cheesy that they glow when they are switched off, but it loks kinda cool, IMHO, and not ricey at all as they don't glow THAT long.
