So I'm confused I have seen only Yellow Koni's Sports in the pictures and it says they are adjustable.
Which are these, and whats the difference in the different koni's?
Thanks

Thanks There is no Koni Red anything made for our cars, as far as I can tell. "Koni Sport" and "Koni Yellow" are interchangeable terms, both in Europe and in the US. And yes, all the pictures I've seen show the yellow "Sport" struts as part of the package. And yes, all four corners are on-car adjustable, according to the guys on the Mondeo board. The Reds, for what it's worth, lean more toward comfort, and are "off-car" adjustable, mostly to compensate for wear. I would liken them to the KYB's, but with Koni quality. HTH.

Terry I think something needs to be cleared up here. ON a stock svt, how much of a drop is there? 20mm or 40mm. Someone needs to find out if there is a difference between an se an svt in ride height, i don't think there is....its just the ground effects that make it look lower.????

Terry - is the drop really only 20mm. I am not driving an ST200, I'm in a SVT. From what I am reading in the earier portion of the thread, The drop will be the drop of an ST200 (SVT height-SVT) + 20MM. That will make the total drop more than 20mm, right? or is an SVT the same drop as a ST200?
I think everyone would be happy with a 20mm drop on an SVT, but 1.6-1.8" seems really low if it's not adjustable height.
P.S. - would there be any reason why the GC sleeves would not fit the Koni (or Koni branded) springs? I would be interested if I could match the two together. Probably would void what little of a warranty each comes with.

I don't know if this will help or not, but here is a picture of a Mondeo with a 55mm drop. It looks OK to me. I'm starting to wonder if our European cousins start out considerably higher than us?

Yes the Koni's lower it more than standard.
The day I did mine, these were the measurements, measurements from floor to highest point on the wheelarch.
Front was 664 mm which went down to 625 mm (39 mm) Rear was 648 mm which went down to 628 mm (20 mm)
The photos I took at the time definitely showed the effect, but the quality is not good enough to post as it was with a new camera!!
Over the next thousand or so miles, it has settled further, the back has gone down a bit and the car looks level now. I guess I should get the tape out and re-measure now.......

My 96 SE measures at about 658mm front, 656mm rear at stock ride height.
