Terry,

Are you sure about the Reds? I thought "Koni Sports" implied the yellows, and "Koni Specials" implied the reds.

On the www.racecar.co.uk site they even show a picture of the yellows with the top knob next to the description of the Koni Sports.

I think they are the Koni reds, at least that is what the link went to on this page
That link didn't go where I thought it would. Click on it again, and go to the "products" tab.

I do have a few concerns though...
1) 40mm is a pretty good drop - accelerated wear on other suspension components? What do ya think Terry? Is it really 40mm on an SVT - I though ST200 ride height the same as SVT?
2) Ride quality. Do not want a real harsh ride, mine is still a family car. Unfortunately we have no one here who has "road tested" this setup. Hmmm, any of the Europeans given it a try? I am hoping that the fact that springs are progressive mean ride is decent - say similar to BAT kit.

Probably be hard to answer some of these questions until AFTER group buy.. But otherwise, I really like - I have wanted a matched suspension set & this offers adjustable Konis for the price of a non-adjustable BAT kit!

Terry,

I've seen a few Koni kits with red springs, but the struts are painted yellow. "Koni Sport Kit" seems like marketing language that's consistent with them being Yellows.

Also, the reds are not adjustable unless you take them off the car, IIRC.

Something we need to clarify before we dive in, anyway.

Any chance for a lower price:

Tony@ATM on FordMondeo.org wrote i ordered KONI'S from larkspeed 2day m8 for £332 inc. vat & delivery m8 sorry could not wait did not see your post until it was too late? sorry please forgive me sir please o please??????
Considering we will not have to pay VAT £332 converts into $483 US Dollars (thinking UK VAT + shipping will come close to US duties and shipping) any chance for a lower price? yes I know $600 is good but $5-550 sounds much better.
