The money has already cleared my bank account (yesterday), but PayPal hasn't posted the funds yet. For what ever reason, PayPal is taking their time. Whenever the funds post the PayPal account, I will be sending it to Stan.

You should probably upgrade your account to a premier member status.... There is no fee or anything to upgrade..... BUT you will have to pay a 2.9% charge to use the credit card service....
If it were me buying the wheels I would DEFINETLY want to use my credit card, as do 2 of the 5 people you are dealing with. I'm a premier PayPal user... it still doesn't cost anything to use checking account transfers after you upgrade....
If nothing else, maybe tack on the extra 2.9% charge to the people who want to use their credit cards to order....
