Well as soon as I've confirmed the total number of buyers, we'll get a Contour to their shop where it will take them 2-3 weeks to finish the kit and have it installed on the Contour. At that point, payments will be requested and as soon as all of the money is collected, they will then produce the set amount of kits. So I'd say by late May you could have this kit shipped to your door.

Carisma will be using hand laid fiberglass which is a superior way to produce fiberglass. Many of the stories out there about cheap body kits cracking and all that eventually comes back to the companies who make them using cheaper ways of spraying the fiberglass and resin which compromises the strength of the kit and leads to a frail product. The way that Carisma will be laying down the fiberglass is really labor intensive and expensive to make but designing a high quality kit is what they've promised to me and what they pride themselves on. And judging by the dozens of Carisma kits I've seen in person including their new one for the IS300, I can attest to this. I wouldn't have went with them if I felt we wouldn't be getting a durable and quality product.

As far as the sideskirts, no they will not have a jacking point to remove because it would take away from the overall look of the sideskirts. However, instructions will be available so that people who need to take the side skirts off in case of a flat tire, getting on a lift etc. can do so without much hassle.
