OP Trapps Member T Joined: Aug 2000 Posts: 1,217 Detroit, MI	While I received the splitter a few weeks back, I just opened the box today. It was damaged, small crack/chip knocked out. I called Rosie, and left a message. She returned my call within 1 hour and made arrangements to pick up the damaged one and send a new one immediately.
