There's lots of interest, just no commitment. I need deposits people!!! If you're waiting for someone else to send me deposits, DON'T WAIT! It kinda kills the whole project if you guys don't want it.

This is also now extended to those who want to powdercoat things like strut braces, cage parts, or anything else that doesn't fit in the oven. Same $100 deposit locks it in until I can get you guys a full quote.

Brad, could you duplicate this?

How well does the powder cover machine marks? Dodge left some lines in these when the truck left the factory. If the powdercoating can get rid of them, that will save me countless hours of sanding and polishing. If you can't do the two colors, anthracite would probably be ok. If you don't have that, high gloss black would work. Would you want me to sand of the corrosion where the old weights were at, or will your blasting process do that?

I have two big jobs (tile) coming through here soon. When those get here I could jump on.

smile

Ex, we can duplicate that pattern but they would be extra as that stuff requires much more work than you think. I just got done doing a nissan valve cover that he wanted the letters to remain bare metal. In all it took over an hour to sand down a much smaller area of coating than on those wheels. Otherwise we can do gloss black pretty easily. The coating will cover very minor imperfections but think of it as more like the coating from about 4-5 layers of spray paint. It will help smooth them out, but I doubt they would completely dissapear. As far as some minor marks from wheels weights, those should come out with the blasting. Basically we don't do any filling, or sanding unless other arrangements are made. We remove any light surface materials with the bead blaster and prep them for coating. Hit me with a pm if you've got any more questions.

HTH,
Rick
