There is some dremeling needed but not to the UIM. The TB gasket has a small bump that hangs down into the air flow. I took it out put it in a vise and used a file on mine. It does make a difference.
Thanks Kaiser! The gaskets will be made to match so there's no need to worry about the gasket...In any case the SVT manifolds were Extrude Honed and so the process has a tendency to fluctuate and not be always the same, so while yours may fit, another may have some lipage, it's just something I put in there as a precaution
