Dremel work may be necessary in any case and so the reason I suggest it, that way no one tells me later, 'Why doesn't it match up to my UIM!' I agree on the spacer deal, and I'll request for it! I hope you don't sit on it long, you may forget you left it under there

There is some dremeling needed but not to the UIM. The TB gasket has a small bump that hangs down into the air flow. I took it out put it in a vise and used a file on mine. It does make a difference.
If it's true that we are here to help others, then what exactly are the others here for?

The gaskets will be made to match so there's no need to worry about the gasket...In any case the SVT manifolds were Extrude Honed and so the process has a tendency to fluctuate and not be always the same, so while yours may fit, another may have some lipage, it's just something I put in there as a precaution

If either will work on a Zetec, I'm in. BTW, this group buy stuff is killing me. I just can't pass up an opportunity like this. I'm never going to get my credit card paid off. I'm actaully thinking of working weekends to pay everything off.
