Here is the new news I got a supplier for the hood..Its a ford Dealership right down the road from the place that is going to have this hood made for us. their price is $213 for the hood, but there will be no shipping cost since they are right down the road.
the problem with going with Bill Jenkins people was that it would cost like $150 for shipping cause it would be a freight ship.
Second...I talked with the company today....they are kinda backed up...there are 8 molds in front of ours....He told me he was going to talk with the factory to see if they could fit us in by the first week of June. He said that the turn around time is about 45 days...so if everything goes right we should be getting them mid-July.
Sorry about this little delay, but the ball is rolling, and we just got to sit and wait now.
