OK here's the news...we now have enough people to do this at a reasonable cost to everyone. what i need right now is $95 This will cover the price of the donor hood, and shipping it to florida, and the molding fee.
Kool & Ash, don't worry about getting the hood from Bill, i already have that in the works.
As soon as you guy can get me the money the sooner we can get this going.
Wavrdr...I'll find out if you can pick the hood up from them...the only thing is that i'm not sure if they get manufactured in Miami. When we send them the hood they will have to send it to their factory that makes the molds, so i'm not sure if they will me shipping the hoods from the factory, or the shop. The guy told me that its easier for them to do one big pallet size shipment.
I'm sure shipping won't be to bad anyway. I'm going to pay for the cost to have them ship the hoods to me, and you guys will just pay the cost of me shipping the hood to you. for $395 + shipping...that not too bad, and if you want to pick the hood up from me in Pittsburgh you don't have to pay shipping.
I would like to have the hoods ordered and everything rolling by late next week, so get in touch with me ASAP
I'm going to call the company today and let them know that we are definately going to do this...and get all the details laid out. As of now i think we only need the $95 and then we will pay the $300 once the mold has been made, but i will find out the definate times on when money is due.
