i've never dealt with sho shop and this is by no means a defense of them...but there are quite a few taurus' out here that need thier help...and then they added svt tours to the menu....somewhere along the lines they started doing mail order getting internet exposure and group buys...maybe they just bit off more than they can chew....i've heard alot of complaints from out of state customers here but alot of the local customers have said they had decent experience with them...maybe they just cant handle the volume of biz and so they figure if your not a 'walk-in' customer u dont count....still sounds crappy either way
oh yeh....the contour is a fun car but damn....u guys need to go get laid
