Import & duty fees are only 2.5% for automotive parts last time I checked, no biggie.

When I imported my batch of dampers they were not 'widely' aval in the US...Aussie/Judge made up 3 as I recall and sold them...I have to say that 'part timers' will ruin any attempt by aftermarket firms to develop anything for the Contour,If you notice even Mr Hightower is now an LLC,welcome to the dark side Chris,yes we all love the cars but you dont always get something for nothing,somebody has to laydown the cash for either parts or R&D time..even the most hardcore owners have to buy parts and maybe repair the car themselves..or did I get it wrong ...is the 'extend warranty' an excuse for not getting ones hands dirty!

The a**clowns were the 'all blow and no go' crowd who want everything but get nothing...quite frankly I dont give a rats....its easy to 'pull the plug' on part timers an watch them squirm....keep it up ...I love a good ruck..!!!!!

Okay - I re-read that and apologize. That's a pretty accurate assesment of people who sign up for a GB and then back out. I confused though what you mean by "pull the plug on part timers" and "watch them squirm"? Are you talking about us end users or other small time resellers? I was under the impression there were quite a few good sources available for 'tour and Cougar parts nowadays - CTA, Sho Shop, SP, BAT, Quaife US direct, piper cams, Brad Hall, Hightower, Noon, and I think Chetzer was even talking about maybe head bolts, con rods and cams as future possibilites???

Hey everybody come down. The question is why if I could get something cheaper that some others and sheared for the good of everyone instead keep it to myself would that be a bad thing too.
