While I have yet to purchase from MuscleMotors, I will say I did get prompt responses to my questions during the GB time that they offered.

Silva, from a consumer's point of view, I know you understand the drive to find products for less $$$. I'm a bargain hunter, but I also try to support friends. I always read your posts about products you carry, and I appreciate your efforts for good customer service. From a CEGer's point of view, I know where you're coming from, and I hope I haven't offended you. -Derek

No Offense taken guys!!! cool

Now if you guys want the C&L unit, that's a different story. I'm sure they can't sell you folks that for cheaper. wink Although I'm not putting my full reliance in this comment, Kurt at KKM told me awhile back that if I was gonna install a larger MAF, use the C&L, it'll work better with our cars. I guess he told me that someone did some dyno comparison with both CnL and ProM and the CnL showed better gains. Although I personally haven't used the CnL unit on a Tour', it has helped many Mustang racers get that extra edge on the competition, were talking 2-3 tenths more just with the addition of the CnL MAF!!!

Tom Warmonger is using the CnL which he purchased from me and I'm looking forward to some positive feedback. I'm gonna be using the CnL so I'll be able to give feedback than.

To top it off, the CnL (polished)is cheaper than the chrome ProM, so if you folks want to try it than I'm open for business laugh

I guess lets start searching for some more info, I could care less if mine would be polished, chrome, or just plastic. I have heard like I stated above that the chrome etc. gets a lot more heatsoak compared to the plastic one.

I won't be able to 100%back up my claims regarding CnL until I get one on my car, but go to www.cnlperformance.com and check out there 73mm MAF. Look at the dyno plots comparison between the CnL & ProM for the Mustang. There MAF really does work, alot of Mustangers use CnL. I'm in no way saying the ProM doesn't work, but I'm saying keep your options open there's another kid on the block and he wants a piece of the action as well wink Aloha, Ioane Micah

I have a question about the MAF's. what is done about electronic peice that hooks up to the sampling tube? Do you remove the stock one and put it on the new, or is there a replacement? If it's a replacement piece, how does it hook up? Thanks,
Mike

Mike, I think some of them have their own electronics, and some use the stock part. The MAFs that replace the part with their own should just plug right in
