I finally got mine. super simple to install. one little probmlem i did notice... when the hood is closed, if you look thru the hood/fender gap i noticed that the piston was actually hitting one of the fender bolts. it hits the next bolt in the fender going towards the windshield. i ended up using a dremel and ground part of the head off. and painted it. now the rod doesnt touch at all. i will try to get pics up.
