I talked to a few UK companies about this a few months ago, basically it comes to this. Send them a Contour and they make headlights and body kits for it. They were all quite eager to do it, so who wants to ship the tour over the pond?
The biggest difference is in the mounting depth, the Mondeo from what I understand is a much deeper mount.
