This carbon fiber is being purchased from a composites supplier that I am working with. The resin empregnated carbon fiber is laid over a nomex core on both sides and then baked in a curing oven under vaccum pressure.

When I recieve the carbon fiber it comes in a prefinished sheet and I then have to cut them out and finish the edges on sanding wheel. I then have to do a black painted border on them and clear them with PPG automotive clearcoat with UV additive to prevent them from fading.

These will be a very nice product and will be added to my regular parts line. I really apologize for keeping everyone waiting but it is definately not intentional as I am just as anxious to get them done and install a set on my girlfriends car.

Additional carbon fiber products are on the horizon and include sill protectors and a carbon fiber cold airbox. Please bear with me and we will have some very nice products shipping to you guys/girls.

Antonio, i've sent you my info a few times. Do i need to resend it?
