I have some new news on the carbon fiber hoods. And it is looking really really good. I know there are others looking at making them so I will let you know what will be different in mine.

(1) they will be more then $350
(2) there will be a total of 6 plye of carbon fiber, ask the others what how many they are using
(3) there will be no fiberglass in the hoods. this will be a fully legit carbon hood. No other material to use as filler
(4) there will be areospace foam for strength in the same area's as the metal frame is under the hood.
(5) there will be an airdam which is completly custom and doesnt stand out of the hood, but it is flush with the hood.


I will have more info for people that are intrested in this, it will be more but you get what you pay for. this hood will withstand up to 180mph winds on down force, therefore making it possible to stand on it with no probs.
