Chris, what do the fuel pump and the injectors max out at? Also what is the wastegate psi set at, and what is the max boost on the turbo. Thanks!

Injectors depend on your car. SVT's are 19#, non-SVT's are 16# and Cougars are 17#. Fuel pump varies with return, and non-return. ~80 something IIRC.
As for the wastegate, we will have a boost regulator to keep it at a safe boost level (8-9PSI). The maximum boost on the turbo unit depends on the engine it's on. On the 2.5L Duratec it should be 12-15PSI. We will find out the maximum "everything" soon enough.

Thanks, I was wondering more about how much HP will the injectors hit 80% duty cycle? Where will the downpipe bolt up to, and what size will the downpipe be? What kind of BOV? Does it vent to atmos or plumback? Thanks-A-Lot

As for the turbo's downpipe, it will bolt up to the stock flex pipe. BOV will be vent to intake. MAF systems don't like it when metered air doesn't go into the engine. It wouldn't matter if it was MAP like on Hondas. -Chris

It is in development. Headers should start getting fabbed later this week, or early next week. "Spy Photos" of the install should come about the same time. It's going to be fabrication for a while, then dyno's.
We could still use more deposits, too.

Its great that this is finally becoming a reality . It might have been answered already but I don't think I saw it in the 5 pages of posts. This kit is available for manual or automatic right. Well, the cd4e already seems fragile. Are there any recommended upgrades to this tranny prior to installing the turbo kit? From 170 hp (stock duratec) to near 300 hp might be a shock to this light duty transmission. Again, Great work for making this happen.
