I understand that BAT is the critical path here. I was promised these parts long ago. I can't wait any longer.
I will not be doing any more business with BAT if I can avoid it whatsoever, as they appear to be dishonest in their business practices, based on their claims of when they would ship the merchandise.

FYI, Our records show that BAT charged us on April 2nd, 2002 which means your package was shipped on that day.
