We have contacted our supplier to get an update on this situation and awaiting a reply.
Sorry about that folks, I misworded my previous statements. What I meant to say is that from our end, we have the orders still opened, because until we receive confirmation of the shipment, we cannot close our orders. That was my mistake because now that I reread my last post, it sounds as if the payments were not received. To the contrary, the payments were received, it is our supplier that is short on parts for the kits. They informed us that the 3 kits are at the top of the list and will be the first ones to be shipped out next week.
