Reason I'm asking is if we don't get 10 people by the third, I will probably go ahead and purchase the kit so I don't have to wait any longer.

Neal, for customers like yourself whom have already sent us a deposit, we would like to fulfill your orders and as to our arrangement. Again, if we do not show a committment to our supplier for 10 kits, we will not be given the additional discount. This is why it is important that we get the 10 deposits. It does not matter if the shipment needs to be shipped at a later date. We just need to see 10 purchasers.
We will be receiving another local deposit to make 6 purchasers so far. We're not that far off.
