To answer your own question, where is BAT located? Canadian customer orders will have the parts imported by us into Canada from the US then shipped out from here. You have to absorb the cross border fees since we as a business have to do so too. As I have already mentioned in a previous post, if you have a way to get the parts into Canada from the US, we will more than happy to ship it to a US address from within the US and you can deal with the border crossing into Canada.
