dave, the upper front grille does take alittle while. but with some patience and care it come out real nice. I am a perfectionist, my grille(first pic) took me about 2 hours. I recomend that while you have the grille apart you should paint it, just be careful when putting it back together so you don't scratch the paint.
no need to remove the bumper, just the plastic belly pan under the front one. i think its held in with 11 screws.

oh, yeah, that first pic was taken last week over 4000 miles on that mesh...looks pretty good huh?
