Knu, Did you hear bad things about SVR as starting batteries? Some other company ( http://www.odysseyfactory.com) seems to market the same or similar cells as starting batteries, with great success(cops, ambulance fleets etc.)

Yes the Caps come with clear plastic mounts.
As for the SVR batteries, I have seen them melt down from being used as dedicated car batteries. The 28 should be ok, but the 33 I would not recommend.

Melt down!  That is bad... I guess too much stress on a small unit heats it up in no time. Wonder if the people using a dynabatt will get the same results...

Due to red tape the shipment is sitting in L.A. I am not very pleased about this, we have several hundred waiting on paperwork and everyday they sit will start to cost me storage in the next day or two. Sorry about the delay all, this is not something I saw being a problem. I hope to have them by next Friday, but that all depends on paperwork that I have no control over.

Ok good news the ba$tards finally cleared the shipment and is awaiting pickup in LA and will be headed to me this week. I apologize for this overdrawn delay. First time dealing ith this certain company, I didnt think they were this incompetent in dealing with freight.
I will be contacting everyone once I have them instock to make sure everything is in order.
