For Performance it depends on which SVR you compare it to, the SVR 80 is a close rival. Most common SVR is the 33 or 28 for the regular systems and the 80's or 100's for extreme SPL nuts (usually you'll see 8 SVR-80's in a car or more) The 33's are cheap (under $100) and effective, the 28's are a bit stonger and bit more $$
