Hey this sounds freakin awesome! Ive been waiting forever to hear about someone finally making a ground effects part for a pre-98 tour. If I can scrape up the money before to soon then you can definitely count me in, but you know the military dont pay well, however this is worth the save'n'wait.

Oh before I forget, I am also very interested in the .5 - 1 inch mod drop on the front bumper. I think that would make the tour look extremely sweet, enough to give some of those d#$*"i can get anything for my car" civics a run for their money, especially if you have a set of the H&R springs or ground control coil-overs.

'95 tour LX Zetec
KKM Cold air, Ractive 2.5 in, 4.5 out muffler, Mille Miglia MM11-2 wrapped in 225/40/16 Nittos, a/c compressor removed, H&R's

Future mods: UR adjustable cam gears,
AEM throttle body to air filter straight pipe,
Ground controls with konis,
UR udp, JBA headers (if they fit), and many more.

Putting more thought into making that lower, that would probly cause some problems with the exhaust wouldnt it? Itwould probly look a little strange too. Like if you made the cut outs deeper in the bumper to accomidate for that half inch or so extention.. I didn't even think of that till now... Hmmm,, how to get around that....

Well, I have been informed that the rear Bumper cover is also the bumper, the bumper is like plstic welded to the cover. if this is true. I will have to see what I can do about that. either (A) make the cover without the real bumper, and you would have to transfer the bumper. or leave it with out a bumper like the civic kits. (B) see if my fabrcating place can make a bumper in this kit also. I am looking more into it . Will let everyone know. Be patient. I am trying to fininsh the front bumper Group buy first.

Well about the rear bumber looking funny. I think the bigger hole would look better actually, if it isnt to terribly big, but that would be awesome for me as i have a ractive 4.5 inch chrome muffler!!

Are you going w/ the mesh flush w/ the bumper? I have the rear piece for the aussie grille, and was hoping that that would be cut out, if you do decide in doing this (dont change it cuz of me, I'm just greatful of this SWEET deal), how hard would it be to cut that part out?? (cuz of the fiberglass)

I am sorry to let everyone know about this, But I wont be able to sell the rear bumpers any more. I got mine in yesterday, took a look and was not happy. the 5mph bumper is connected to the bumper and can get off. we can make a tool for that due to the cost it would take. So the rear bumper is a no go. I am still selling the front and carbon hoods though. sorry to let everyone know this.
