O.K., here goes...
Cardoc, thanks, but no thanks on the inverters. For the self trim glow sheets the inverter power must be slightly higher than normal and the light must also shine through slightly more material to make them truely glow in odd colors. The glow sheets I have actually glow white light and a single phase inverter is all I need since the color will basically not change (although it does very slightly on the two color one I do have).
The reason I need a cluster is to find out where I can hide all of the electrical connectors that are on the glow sheets. Dieter88, I'm sure everyone would love you for sending me a cluster to work with. Email me at bnmotorsports@msn.com to set it up.
The reverse glow designs are very easy once we get the glow sheets figured out, requiring almost no engineering work what so ever. Look for them at the same time the others come out.
As far as figuring out how much amperage they need, well, I do know a thing or two about electrical design. The fact is I need a larger inverter in order to be even close to what they need to run right. Anything I order will be an expensive "guess" at what I need. I did find another manufacturer of glow sheet material who had a formula for figuring "X" amount of volts for "Y" sq. in. of glow material which is what I'll base my guess from. The problem is, the inverter I have is from a similarly sized indiglo gauge set = differences in different glow materials' efficency.

Wish me luck!
