no I didnt remove it but someone did. kinda ticks me off but oh well. The trucking company is "R+L Carriers" you can reach them here www.gorlc.com 800-515-9716 look at what states they deliver to. they dont do all of the states but they do alot of them. I forgot the name of what they called it but this is the measuremnts I gave them 6feet long 1 foot wide 15-20lbs. also told them it was a front bumper cover. my zip is 12901, they will need that for the qoute. I will be posting a new post for the carbon fiber hoods in the group buy section. you will see it soon. Micah

I am interested in a carbon hood as well.
I am willing to wait on my bumper until the final product is ready and up to standards. I am in no rush on this project. What I do want is a good, quality finished product. I understand that this takes time, and I'm willing to wait a bit longer if it results in a better bumper. I know I don't speak for everyone else, but I figured that I'd mention my postition on this.

Are those specs right?? 6 ft by only 1 foot?? I would figure it'd be like 6 x at least 2 x atleast 2. Just making sure...?

I am trying to buy buckshot77's rear bumper. if I get it we will start on the rear bumper. so if anyone has offered him some money please dont buy it. it is for the better of everyone if I get it. infact everyone pm or e-mail him and tell him to sell it to me. might help his decsion more.  I understand money situations. I have been in them before. and I totally understand going to college and working, I will let you know when the bumper gb will start. even though I am the one that is doing it. I still cant believe that there is going to be something made for the pre 98 tours. that is something I have dreamed about and feels awesome to be the one doing it. Micah

micah, is there any way when you get the bumper ready to send out, to check with either ups or fedex to see about shipping. when my manager and i worked on our shipping computer at work with a box about the same size and weight as your measurements, it was only like $20. and ups guarantees their packages.

here is my $.02
i am not there with micah so i dont know the full story......but if we can ship this thing for 20 bucks, lets do it, cause i have to get this thing shipped twice.....but in reality i would just say that having my svt rear bumper shipped, with no extra insurance, no express or priority, etc. it was close to 80 bucks from canton, oh to nashville, tn......my advice would be to expect up to around 60 bucks for this to be sure it fits in everyones budget......

when it is ready to ship I will check fedex and ups. I have check already and ups said they wont deliver it . fed ex said they wouldnt but there trucking would and it was $850 to ship it that way. So from thoughs measurments it wont work, But I will check to see if it will work when it is ready to ship, also Yellow trucking wanted $650 to ship. so if we can get it 100 or less I think we are doing real good!
