It's the bolt pattern that is 4x108, not the offset.
Understand offset, bolt pattern, and the difference between the two, and you'll understand why I multiplied them.. Sarcasm...
This thread has someone saying that the offset will be 49mm.
Here is a decent picture of the SVT Focus. Click the picture and get a much larger version and you should be able to tell what the wheels look like.
Another thread , again, 49mm offset, 4x108 bolt pattern, 22.5lbs.
